This property is a 2 bedroom, air conditioned, townhouse located at the popular Residencial La Cinuelica, R15, Los Altos, which is 15-20 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk to the local supermarket, and within 15 minutes walk of bars and restaurants. The town and marina of Torrevieja is a 10 minute drive away.
There is one step from the pavement through the gate, then the pathway and porch area is on one level with a step into the living room. The garden area has been laid to small stones with a tiled area for al fresco dining.
The property is air-conditioned throughout, has 2 ceiling fan lights in the living room and one in each bedroom.
The living/dining room has a sofa and sofa bed, sideboard, unit with television and DVD player (please bring your own DVD's), wooden coffee table, freestanding lamp, stereo, 2 ceiling fan lights, wooden dining table, four chairs, and pictures. The window looks out to the front of the property. English TV channels are provided by communal satellite dish.
The fully fitted and tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hot water tank, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The kitchen has a window looking to the rear of the property and a door leading to the outside galleria area.
There is a downstairs WC with toilet and sink.

The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers and safe, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 bedside lamps, ceiling fan light, pictures and blankets for the winter.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside cabinet with drawers, bedside lamp, and ceiling fan light. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony with patio table and 2 chairs.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink, mirror with lights and a window.

Up the internal stairs and you have the roof solarium which has views of the surrounding area and the sea.
Additional items: iron and ironing board, clothes airer and pegs, vacuum cleaner, torch, pack of playing cards, and dominoes.
The property has the use of 2 communal pools which are located to the rear of the property along with the large garden.
Bed linen (sheets) and 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person will be provided. Beach/pool towels are available at an additional cost if required.
No smoking in the property. No pets. Smoking permitted outside.
The property is suitable for couples, families, golfers. As the bedrooms are located on the 1st floor guests must be able to use stairs.
Parking is available on the road outside the property or in the underground car park.
Grocery packs can be provided for your arrival, so you can enjoy a cup of tea/coffee or glass of wine on your arrival. Ideal especially for those late night or Sunday arrivals (outside of the summer period) when the shops are not open.
Please note there is a charge for air conditioning at £25.00 per week if required.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
Grocery packs can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late arrivals or Sundays out of season when the supermarkets are closed.
Beach/pool towels can be provided at an additional charge.
Baby equipment, we can recommend a local company for items.
Airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you 2-3 weeks prior to your arrival.
If arriving/departing the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional key delivery/collection charge of €30 will be payable at the property.

The Costa Blanca in Spain is renowned for its beautiful coastline and one of the healthiest places to live.
It has an excellent year round climate. The humidity is relatively low, and therefore ideal for sufferers of arthritis and other climatically influenced health problems.
The two salt lakes of Laguna de la Mata and the Salinas de San Miguel surrounding Torrevieja also help to create its fantastic climate. The high concentration of salt, together with the temperature forms a microclimate recommended by medical specialists the world over for its beneficial health properties in particular for heart disease, skin disorders, rheumatism and bronchial illness.
On average the area enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year and an average daily temperature of 17 degrees centigrade. Temperatures in July and August are typically 30 degrees centigrade. Many people prefer the months of April, May, June, September and October - ideal temperatures.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, Ghandi's Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini's Italian restaurant.
Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Marina Commercial centre along with a Wok Buffet (Chinese eat as much as you like), McDonalds, La Piazza II Italian and a Subway. Shops include; electrical, pharmacy, cosmetics, shoe shops and card shop/newsagents.
The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.
Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 15 minute walk.
Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda's for those requiring greater speed.
Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment.
Located at La Zenia (approx 20 min walk/short drive) you have Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre, which opened in September 2012 and is the largest shopping centre in the province of Alicante. It boasts 5,000 free parking spaces and 150 shops.
