Unlike many properties, the damage deposit is taken at start of holiday (by credit or debit card which is refunded at the end of your stay)- no need to pay it in advance. There are also lower rates for smaller groups and midweek stays of more than 3 nights and 20% of last minute bookings made within 2 weeks of the start of your stay so do get in touch if you would like a tailored price.

This large apartment is in a beautiful bow fronted Grade II Listed seafront building with direct sea views of the Palace Pier and Brighton Eye. The Apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level so there are no stairs. It is beautifully decorated throughout in peaceful tones of blue, silver, white and grey and comfortably furnished to accommodate up to 8 people. It's very central location and amazing views makes it the perfect place for a group getaway to Brighton. My Beach Hut (ID No 405017) is also available at a 25% discounted daily rate if booked with this apartment.
The accommodation comprises a fabulous lounge (7.62m x 4.88m) with a huge bay window looking out over the Brighton seafront, including a full view of the Pier and Brighton Eye. It is decorated with Laura Ashley wallpaper, paint and curtains in colours of dove grey and chalk white. There are two large grey velvet sofa beds, one of which folds out into a sprung double bed, so up to 2 people can sleep in the lounge. There is also a large extendable oak dining table and 8 upholstered dining chairs. A further two chairs are available to seat groups of up to 10 if friends join you for dinner. A Smart TV and free wi-fi are also supplied. The kitchen leads off from the lounge and has pale wooden units. It is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with all the crockery, utensils and cutlery you need to self-cater in comfort.
Bedroom 1 is a large and luxurious room and has a beautiful black wrought iron bedstead with a luxury mattress. It has a generous wardrobe and a huge window dressed with damask curtains. There is room to add an additional bed or cot if required.
Bedroom 2 has a white wooden double bed with a single bunk bed on top and so sleeps three people. It has a built in wardrobe for storage and a large window dressed with a pale blue velvet curtain. All beds have luxury bedding and towels are supplied for all guests.
The bathroom is tiled in blue and white and has a bath with a shower over it, a basin, W/C and heated towel rail.
Leading to all these rooms is a large and long hallway which is decorated in white with 4 large silver mirrors and chandelier light shades, providing extra space to get ready for groups getting ready for a night out. There are stripped and varnished wooden floorboards throughout the flat.
Well trained and quiet dogs are welcome at this property when accompanying smaller groups of up to 5 people. An additional cleaning charge of £35 is payable. Please contact us in advance of your booking to discuss the suitability of bringing your pet.
Reduced prices are available for parties of up to 5 people which is based on the 2 double beds and the single bunk being made up. If you would like further bed linen for additional beds I am pleased to supply it for you at £20 per bed.
If you would like meals, shopping supplies, champagne, flowers, cakes etc provided for your arrival or delivered during the course of your stay please contact me and I will be pleased to discuss your requirements. The apartment is a great place for families or groups of friends to stay together. It can also be a lovely and inspiring place to work. It is within walking distance of all major Brighton attractions and and on street parking is available on the next street for £10 per day. Alternatively you can park for free near my own home if you wish to use the excellent public transport of Brighton during your stay.
We live in the city and know it well, we can help with restaurant reservations, recommendations, ideas for days and nights out etc. We want to make your stay in Brighton fantastic and will be on call throughout your stay. Tea and coffee will be awaiting your arrival at the flat. If you are coming by train we can meet parties of up to 7 at the station and take you back at the end of your stay for a small charge of £10 each way.
Please note that this Apartment is in a residential block and guests are expected to be considerate of the other residents. Please bear this in mind and appreciate that noise restrictions apply after 10.30pm, by which time those wishing to party will no doubt be out enjoying all the great nightlife Brighton has to offer. In the unlikely event that we have to deal with noise complaints during the night a charge will be made for our time. The damage deposit is usually £250 and is returned at the end of your stay.
