The property is open plan downstairs with leather sofas for 4 people, TV with DVD player, dining table and four chairs, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a toilet downstairs.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a main bathroom with a shower over the bath. Both of the bedrooms have balconies, with the one of them looking across the park which is directly across the road.
All rooms have air conditioning, there are fly screens on all the windows and there is the option to have internet acess at the property (additional charge).
Outside the property, there is a gated drive way to the front and to the rear the lovely private pool, with 4 sun loungers and outside table and four chairs for eating outside and enjoying the Cypriot lifestyle and weather.

Paphos is situated on the South-West coast of Cyprus, it is surrounded by mountains and forests and the sea. Paphos is a UNESCO World Heritiage site with so much history and things to explore and do.
At the seaside of Petra tou Romiou is the mythical birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty and the founding myth is interwoven with the goddess at every level, so that Old Paphos became the most famous and important place for worshipping Aphrodite in the ancient world.
Paphos enjoys a Subtropical-Mediterranean climate, with the mildest temperatures on the island. The typical summer's season lasts about 8 months, from April to November, although in March and December temperatures may also reach 20 °C (68.0 °F).
The Universal Area of Kato Paphos is the ideal location for exploring Paphos whether by foot, car or bus. It is within easy distance to so much history as well as some lovely beaches.
The old town has the markets, shopping and small local taverna's. The tourist area is a comfortable walk and has an endless number of bars and restaurants beyond which is the harbour and fort. The Tomb of the Kings Road with its restaurants and bars is only 15 minutes away.
There are local air-conditioned buses that pass nearby that will take you to the markets, tourist area, Coral Bay and Aphrodite's water park at a very cheap price. Taxi's are in abundance, if required, as are hire cars, just don't forget your driving licence.
Ancient Roman and Greek sites are plentiful around Paphos these include the Tomb of the Kings, the harbour area and the World Heritage site that houses the famous mosaics.
Paphos has two Blueflag sandy beaches and water sports, including paragliding, windsurfing and jet skis are widely available on most beaches in Paphos and the surrounding areas. The best sandy beach can be found at Coral Bay.
There is a local diving school and for the younger members of the family, the Aphrodite water park is only a 5 minute drive away, as is the local go-carting track. Boat trips, fishing trips and mini cruises also leave from the harbour daily.
