Sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms). Super bungalow within gated development set minutes from Helens Bay golf resort and a long sandy beach (7min walk). Open fire in living room with satellite TV/video. House features large sunroom with cane furniture which catches sun from early morning and opens out to a sheltered South facing patio. Sunrom is the room guests are drawn to where you can relax and read a book as the room absorbs heat from available sun. Some guests have loved its wealth of light and spent their holiday painting and sketching.

Sun chairs are provided for relaxing on the patio as is a picnic table. All accommodation on the ground floor. Plenty of shared green area. Kids playground, tennis courts, basketball and 18 hole championship golf all on site. Pub 1 mile.

FAMILY HOLIDAY and GOLFERS, NATURE and HERITAGE ENTHUSIASTS

5 mins drive from Rosslare ferry this bungalow is ideally located for a family holiday- children busy building sand castle, investigating rock pools.

There are plenty of shared green areas around the development 2 mins is the children's playground and 3 tennis courts and football pitch. In high season zip wire.climbing wall, assault course, archery are available for a fee 7mins walk outside the development .

In Rosslare (5 miles) Kelly's hotel has an indoor swimming pool/jacuzzi/hot tub and you can pamper yourself with a thermal spa treatment.

Indoors: Leisuremax (Drinagh, Wexford town - 10min drive) has indoor adventure playground and ten pin bowling and multiplex cinema.

SPORT

The golfer will be delighted with the Philip Walton designed 18 hole golf course and selection of 3 other championship courses within half hour drive.

For the water sport enthusiast learn to kayak, sail and windsurf.

In New Ross 25 miles the Dunbrody Heritage ship is a replica of the famine coffin ship 1845.Go below deck where it is brought alive with actors aboard. ph 051425239

Visit to the National Irish Heritage Park (12 mile) where 9000 years of Irish history is retold as you stroll through an outdoor museum which recreates a neolithic farmstead, ring fort, crannog and monastery.

Tour inside Hook Light house which dates back to 13th century and enjoy views of the dramatic coastline on the Irish Sea.

Take a tour of historic Wexford town one of Ireland's oldest towns with incredible narrow streets. Parts date back to 2nd century.

Stroll through the beautiful gardens and by the lake at Johnstown Castle

Fishing boats in Kilmore Qua take day trippers to the Saltee islands which is home to hundreds of gannets, puffins and seals.

Enniscorthy Castle has been refurbished recently and the rooms of Mr Roche ( who lived here early 20th century) have been recreated. There is a wonderful view of Vinegar Hill from the castle roof.

1798 Visitor center Enniscorthy informs the visitor of the significance of the 1798 Rebellion and the drive to democracy today. It is presented through an audio visual screening and interactive exhibits.

Take a trip to Dunbrody Abbey in 6o acres of woodland with maze, cafe.

JFK Park and Arboretum - 620 acre park and lake created in memory of John F. Kennedy. Visitor center with exhibition, audio visual show.

Kennedy homestead in Dunganstown, New Ross -  birthplace of President JFK's great-grandfather Patrick Kennedy - story of five generations of Kennedy family is related in visitor center.

GOLF

Helen's Bay golf course is very popular with the Philip Walton designed 18 hole links/parkland par 72 course. It's last few holes offer panoramic views of Helen's Bay which envigorate any tiring golfer and hasten you on to the club house which shares a similar vista. The club house has a bar and restaurant and newspaper shop.

There is also plenty of help to improve the golf with a driving range and professional tuition available.

There are 3 other golf courses from which to choose all within half hour drive Wexford, Rosslare and Enniscorthy.

Bed linen and towels and tea towels are included in the rent. The property is cleaned and left ready for your arrival. Any further cleaning during your stay can be arranged at an extra charge. Electricity is the only extra charge which is based on usage.

There is a folder in the house with maps of the area and detailing the sights and amenities of the area.

One small well behaved dog is acceptable and must be kept on a lead as per rules of the development. Thank you
