A really super studio apartment situated in a regency building in Brighton's most prestigious sea front square. Formerly home of Lord John Russell, Prime Minister who lived here in 1839. New to the holiday rental market for 2014, the studio is smartly decorated and has a king size bed with White Company fresh white linen and towels provided for your stay. There is a fully equipped kitchen including 'Nespresso' Coffee Machine and a compact shower room. The studio is situated in the fabulous Kemp Town area, just a short walk from Brighton Marina, Brighton Pier and the centre of Brighton.

Unlike many other holiday homes in Brighton this rental includes access to private gardens known as the Kemp Town Enclosures where you can enjoy a picnic or just soak up the sun (weather permitting!)

For business stays the apartment is a few hundred yards away from Royal Sussex County Hospital and American Express and a short drive to the Universities.

Just behind the property there is a fabulous deli serving delicious sandwiches and snacks, a great local gastropub and then onto the many amenities of Kemp Town Village.

Please note there is currently building work being carried out on an adjacent property so there maybe noise heard however only during normal working hours (8-4 generally).
