Set in four acres of pretty gardens with its own private parking space, this traditional lakeland stone property has two bedrooms (a double and a twin), living room, dining kitchen and bathroom. Being a first floor apartment, it is accessed via a private external staircase with its own bench positioned directly outside the front door from where the views of the gardens and variety of wildlife can be enjoyed. The large original Georgian windows in the living room and both bedrooms frame the picture perfect views of Loughrigg Fell and beyond.

The location is hard to beat, being just a short stroll from the shores of Lake Windermere and Waterhead where there are restaurants, shops, cafes, a pub serving great food and of course the lakeland steamers offering cruises to the many towns located around the lake. The bustling centre of Ambleside is just an easy flat ten minutes walk away and there are endless walks from the doorstep (maps for which are provided in the apartment's info pack).

The property is accessed by an external staircase. Whilst bed linen is provided, guests are asked to bring their own towels. Arrival from 4pm and departure by 10am.
