Front garden – double gates to a drive for one car or boat, fully fenced and secure with a lawn, hedges and shrubberies.
Side of house – a padlocked door from the front garden leads into a long, narrow dry shed with a concrete floor built on to the side of the house. A door at the far end provides access to the rear garden.
Rear garden – paved terrace with a wooden table and garden seating, lawn, hedges and shrubberies, a shed housing the barbecue and a rotating washing line, outside tap and large Butler's sink useful for washing sandy shoes. There is a padlocked gate leading to an alley which can provide quick access to the beach.
