A very pretty cottage that has been recently renovated through out. The cottage is set in a sought after village and there are two pubs at the end of the lane. The property is extremely quiet and all you here is the stream outside running through the village. Inside the cottage downstairs there is an entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry cupboard and a shower room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside there is a beautiful front garden and to the rear is a patio area leading onto a decking area. The garden goes up the hill and the further you go up the better the views get where you get stunning views of the countryside and native woodland. The river Axe is within walking distance and Axmouth beach is around one mile away.
