Lovely country side home, very well situated between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa. There are also several fantastic beaches only a short drive from the house. The area is very quiet and green and the house is surrounded by a well kept garden. The interior decoration is traditional and is very inviting and comfortable. The white walls and wooden beams add charm to the light rooms. There is a spacious living/dining room with an open fire place, a completely new, modern kitchen which is fully fitted and with dining area as well. All four bedrooms (two with double beds, two with twin beds) are light and nicely decorated, overlooking the garden and the surrounding countryside. There are very nice and inviting outdoor areas, a nice shady terrace at the front of the house and at the back you will find the barbecue area with its terraces with nice furniture, ideal for lazy summer outdoor meals. There is also plenty of space for sun bathing around the pool. This is the perfect holiday home if you are looking for a quiet, private villa with plenty of activities close at hand.

The old fisherman's village has conserved its typical charm and is very appreciated for its long beach and its emblematic sea front stroll, the'Pine Walk'. From Puerto Pollensa a short drive through breathtaking landscape takes you to Formentor, the lost utopia. Its pine bordered beach with the imposing mountain background has captivated many artists and painters . The Sierra de Tramuntana is ideally suited for hiking and biking excursions. Cala San Vicente offers crystal clear water, ideal for diving and snorkling, and a resort with a familiar atmosphere. Pollensa is the perfect starting point to explore the whole island; plunge into the lush emerald flora with centenary olive and pine groves, almond and fig trees and into the maze of Pollensa's narrow Moorish streets with numerous cafés and shops scattered around the picturesque town square, where you also find many high standard restaurants.
