You are asked to use the property and contents with care and to make good any damage to the house or fittings. Any damage must be reported immediately to us.
In the event of cancellation by you, the deposit is not refundable.
In the event that the house is unavailable for rental during the period booked, due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability shall be limited to a refund of the monies paid to us by you.
