Surrounding the property is 18 acres of pastureland and seven acres of woodland, a part of which has been opened up for woodland walks giving our guests the opportunity to savour the peace and quiet.

Both are popular with families and surfers alike and provide excellent facilities (including tuition, hiring of equipment and wetsuits). Other beaches within easy reach are Crackington Haven, Trabarwith, Polzeath, and of course Newquay.
