Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with freeview, Bluray player, a provision of books, games and DVDs as well as the availability of Wi-Fi. The lounge opens directly into the kitchen area with a range of contemporay high gloss kitchen units with a full compliment of fitted appliances including a dishwasher and washer dryer. On the entrance level there is also a further snug area with french doors opening onto the decked balcony with a spiral staircase leading to the roof garden.

Bedroom One, situated on the entrance level features a kingsize bed with a single bedside cabinet and sidelight, freestanding wardrobe and a chest of drawers as well as benefting from an ensuite bathroom.
