Accommodation comprises a self contained studio room with a separate en suite shower / toilet. It includes cooking facilities with hot plates, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and TV.
It sleeps two (double bed). Electricity is included in the price with bed linen and bathroom towels provided. The studio is in a quiet elevated location less than 200 metres from Cawsand Beach, the Cornish Coastal Footpath and a short walking distance from local pubs/restaurants.
In the summer months there is a Ferry which runs from Cawsand Beach to Plymouth Barbican.

Cawsand in South East Cornwall is on the Rame Peninsula in an un-commercialised part of the county often known as Cornwall's forgotten corner.
This is its main attraction because the beaches are uncrowded there are no amusement arcades, fast food outlets and general commercialisation common to most holiday destinations. It is the place for the discerning holiday maker who wants peace and quiet with stunning view and local walks.
The outstanding Mt Edgcumbe park is nearby, the village beaches are safe for swimming and water sports. The sweeping sandy beaches of Whitsand Bay are only a mile from the village with potential for surfing.
The city of Plymouth with its many attractions is only a short distance away and in the summer a ferry runs from Cawsand beach to the historic Barbican.
