Kerensa Vean is a self-contained ground floor annexe attached to the owner's bungalow with its own parking at the side and small garden to the rear. It is set in a quiet location in the village of Rusudgeon, approximately one mile from Prussia Cove with its quiet, unspoilt coves and beaches on the coastal path between Praa Sands and Marazion, where you can visit the famous St Michael's Mount. Three miles away is Praa Sands, popular with surfers with its mile long sandy beach having beach café, shop, Sand Bar & Restaurant and life guard cover at one end. Two miles in the other direction is the unspoilt beach at Perranunthnoe with two beach cafes with indoor and outdoor seating. Rosudgeon is within a 15 minute drive of Helston & Penzance and about 20 minutes from St Ives & Hayle Towans on the North Coast. From Penzance there is a ferry service to The Isles of Scilly
