A short walk takes you to the wonderful marina which has many excellent restaurants for eating out and a further stroll along the promenade takes you into Playa Blanca which has a wide variety of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. Ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation.
Casa Roper is solely owned and managed by myself Joanne and my husband Kevin who live nearby in Playa Blanca so we are always nearby should you need anything.

The villa is stylishly furnished throughout with a light and airy ambience. The villa consists of a lounge/dining room with leather suite, Satellite TV, DVD player with a large selection of DVD's, CD, ipod docking station and ceiling fan. There are dining facilities to seat 4 people.
Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the beautiful spacious south facing garden and tiled patio area which is furnished with sun loungers, patio dining furniture and BBQ for all day and night enjoyment. There is a private heated swimming pool and outside shower.
The kitchen is contemporary in style and well equipped. It contains a washing machine, dish washer, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, full oven and hob, microwave and fridge freezer. The kitchen leads to a utility room which has washing facilities including iron and board. There is also a highchair, cot and stair gate for people with young families.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and main bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony with lovely sea views and the island of Fuerteventura.
The second bedroom is spacious and has twin beds, built in wardrobes and ceiling fan.. A built in safe is located in the wardrobe.
The bathroom is light and airy with a bath, power shower, sink vanity unit, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor is a second bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

As the northern most of the Canary Islands, Lanzarote lies approximately 70 miles from the west coast of Africa, and yet is only 4 hours flying time from the UK. It is ideal for either a short term break or a longer rest, and can offer year round sunshine, spectacular scenery and beautiful beaches. With its bustling capital - Arrecife - to the extraordinary lava fields at Timanfaya National Park, Lanzarote also offers a unique history and fascinating culture.
Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from about 21°C in January to 29°C in August. Annual rainfall is just 140mm (5.5 inches). This makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination
Playa Blanca lies at the south of the island and still retains the atmosphere of a once small fishing village. This flourishing resort is ideal for families and couples.
The nearby marina rubicon which opened in 2004 has an array of up-market shops, restaurants and bars which you can enjoy whilst taking in the lovely views. There is a shopping centre which has a bowling alley and supermarket. There is a local market there on wed and sat selling lovely locally made souvenirs.
The main resort of Playa Blanca is a 10 minute walk from the marina where you will find a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants as well as two sandy beaches. There are several excursions which depart from the port including a trip to the nearby island of Furteventura which is a 15 minute trip by catamaran and departs several times daily.
