Ground Floor: living room, dining kitchen, utility, Family bedroom with king size bed and 2 single beds, shower room with toilet adjacent to bedroom, this bedroom is ideal for people who find stairs difficult. First Floor: 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms (kingsize beds), 1 master bedroom (kingsize bed) with one single bed and en-suite shower room, one twin bedroom, main bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Outside: large private enclosed garden with patio and sitting area, BBQ, detached garage with ample private parking. One acre paddock/play area.

Located in an idyllic and peaceful setting with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside Barn Court Cottage offers a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. Ideally located for family and friends to meet from all parts of the country whether its for a holiday, reunion or special occasion. Simgill Farm has a large herd of Alpacas and the owners are happy to introduce guests of all ages to see them up close if they wish.

Family reunions, birthdays, anniversaries, hen parties, corporate events or just a relaxing get away. For larger group numbers there are also 2 other large barns at Simgill both able to accommodate 17 per property plus cots. Block bookings for special occasions are available.

Open all year round short breaks are available 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 nights as well as full weeks. We can offer block bookings of all 3 barns for special occasions, corporate management and team building are also welcome. Easy accessible from the M6 - Junction 37 or 38
