Walk the footpath to The Lost Gardens of Heligan, 1 and half miles, drive to Eden Project 8 miles, walk to Gorran Haven on the coastal path 4 miles and catch the bus back

The Fowey ferry runs a scheduled service 7 days per week from the quay opposite the cottage (weather permitting).
