The pool area is sunny nearly all day, perfect to sunbath from 11 AM till dusk on summer. Free WiFi and Sat-TV. With breathtaking sea views, facing the Natural Park 'Marjal de Pego-Oliva', with rice crops, and the sea. New equipment and complete privacy. This is a exclusive situation 10 minutes from the beach, in a luxury and international neighborhood (mostly British, German, Dutch and Swiss residents). Ideal for up to 8 adults and 1 child. Groundfloor: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower (2 of them ensuite), living room and kitchen. Downstairs, at swimming pool level: 1 independent apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a small kitchennette-sitting room with 1 sofa bed. Pets are welcome inside the fenced enclosure (enough space: about 100 sqm). Barbeque by the pool. All rooms have air conditioning. Parking space for 2 cars. Bed linen and towels (including swimming and beach towels) are included. Check Ins and Check Outs, on Saturdays with no extra cost. Other days, with an additional cost since July 15th to August 15th. Possibility of early or late key handover at extra cost. The pool can be heated from April to Oct, for stays longer than 1 week (+€200, weekly). The Costa Blanca/Valencia region

Denia has twenty kilometres of coastline, rocky coves and big extensions of sand, solitary beaches and beaches with both sports and playful activities. Dénia has a wonderful climate, whilst its landscape, is an added plus to its blue waters.

A Port, a sports Marina and a Nautical club form an area for nautical sports with 1593 mooring points, light sailing and windsurfing schools, rent of cruise craft and skin-diving centres. All of this complemented by generally calm waters and a regime of clean winds all year round. In land there are two 18-hole golf courses in Denia and in Oliva. In both golf courses you have spas to

relax. You can also wander all over the remains of the Denia Castle overlooking the town and port of Denia.

Close by, is the Montgó nature reserve and the Marjal Pego-Oliva natural park , perfect for trekking which has as reward, excellent panoramic views that it include the “Pitiusas” islands. Also the nearby coast of Javea worths a visit by boat. Ibiza island lies 90 km to the east and there are daily connections by boat. The waterpark in Benidorm is a good option for adults and children.

Denia

Everything is a 10 min drive away so a car is essential. In exchange, you will get a calm environment and some breathtaking views over the natural park and the coastline. The house is away from the summer traffic jams. The house is not overlooked and enjoys complete privacy. In the development you will find two restaurants and a cafeteria with music ambiance. However the best restaurants are by the beach 10' away.
