The beautiful Maison Bourgeois was built in 1906. It has been fully remodeled with all the modern amenities; yet, it still has its original charm and characteristic of the early 1900s'. Classic furnishings and modern appliances fill the house with style.

The Maison Bourgeois is located in the beautiful town of Bergerac, in the heart of Perigord Poupre. It is 5 minutes' drive to the Bergerac Airport, and under 10 minutes' drive to the Bergerac Train station. A short 5 minute walk across the Dordogne River, you will arrive at the Port of Bergerac, entrance to the center ville.

The house is surrounded by 3000 sq. meters of natural garden with lawn, tall shade trees, large outdoor dining terrace, BBQ area and fire pit. The garden is fitted with all outdoor furniture. The pool is 8 x 4 with large sunbathing area, umbrellas and lounge chairs. Pool house with shower and toilet. 4 Bedrooms with double beds. Large family room with 2 double beds/ in suite bathroom. Bathroom and toilet on each floor.
