The Piaggione of Serravalle is like a gateway entrance that protects an uncontaminated hill that seems lost in time and where nature apparently undisturbed articulates its own natural rhythms. Located on one of the highest summits of Chianti, in between Siena and Florence, the Serravalle hill overlooks the small village of Vagliagli and is enlightened by the soundtrack of birds chirping and the soft gentle breezes. The breathtaking panorama opens on a boundless landscape dotted here and there by castles and hamlets and enriched by the lush green of the surrounding forests. The valley embraces our vineyards, olive groves and vegetable gardens that are cultivated on terraced slopes and houses all of our live stock and farm animals.
