Visit Varenna: go shopping in the small village, climb up to the castle of Vezio to admire the raptors' training, and at the end eat an ice cream walking on the "way of love". A look at Menaggio, Cadenabbia and Tremezzo. ?Take a hike in the upper lake until the pond of Piona and visit the famous abbey. ?Enjoy a boat trip on the "..that branch of Lake Como".?Have a break on Comacina Island. ?Finally, spend a day in Como, between shops and museums, history and art. ?

Bellagio is situated on the promontory that divides the lake Como into threee branches: Como at west, Lecco at east and Colico at north. Bellagio stands in the centre of the lake. This particular position and the beautiful view that you enjoy from the “Punta Spartivento” (literally tip that divides winds) is the reason of its name “Perla del Lario” (pearl of lake Como). The most ancient part of Bellagio occupies the area at the end of the promontory and is knows as Borgo. Several small suburbs are scattered both along the lake and on the hill.
“Il Crotto di Bellagio” is situated in the village of San Giovanni.
Villas and Gardens: The famous villas of the lake and their beautiful gardens have always been source of pride for us! In Bellagio you can admire Villa Melzi and its gardens, where you can relax walking on the lake side, immersed in the colours of blooms; and Villa Serbelloni, where discover every wonderful view visiting the immense park.
Museums: The museum of navigation instruments, a collections of precious and ancient objects. And the one of the “past daily objects”, a particular collection exposed in an old kitchen.
Shopping:The old town is an endless succession of shops! Clothing, accessories, jewelry, souvenirs and craft shops where you can find handmade items in olive-wood hand-working, mouth-blown glass, leather goods, paintings, watercolors, books..

The ancient traditions do not lose fashion!
