Ideally located, just a stroll away from Porth beach, with its endless golden sands, rock pools with tiny fish, anemones + crystal clear waters, providing the best conditions for a range of water sports. Families love spending time on this beach!!

There is a lovely family pub right on the beach, they have a huge outdoor dining area, right on the beach, perfect to enjoy a pint while watching the waves !!

FANTASTIC LOCATION - Porth is a lovely quiet area of Newquay, it offers peace and quiet, and yet is just a few minutes drive from the amenities + buzz of Newquay town centre.

To walk in to Newquay town centre, would take about 20 - 30 minutes. Many guests are happy to walk in to the town.

This village is the oldest part of Newquay, and it is here the original Porth quay was situated.

When the quay moved down the coast, a 'new quay' was born, and Porth became the charming place it is today.

The local pub, the Mermaid Inn, is just 2 mins walk away, right on the beach, perfect for enjoying 'al fresco' dining right on the beach !!

This is the perfect location for guests who want to enjoy a relaxing break, who don't want to stay right in the town centre.

There are so many attractions and places to visit, within a short drive, the location is very central to visit anywhere in Cornwall.

We always ensure that your holiday accommodation is beautifully presented, always spotlessly clean. We have a lovely local lady who looks after the cleaning + laundry, to ensure everything is as it should be.

All electric and heating is included, all bedding and linen is included, just bring your towels.

We leave lots of information at the property giving ideas for days out etc, telephone numbers that you might need during your stay. We want you to have a fantastic holiday, and are always keen help with anything we can, just ask.

This lovely apartment offers everything you could need for a lovely holiday, the beach is just at the bottom of the road, fantastic location!! This apartment does have a small balcony, but there is no other outside space to relax, but obviously the beach is just at the bottom of the road, so this really is the perfect location !!

This apartment block was built in the seventies, so it certainly isn't one of the new ultra modern apartment blocks that are being built all around the area - but internally, it is a lovely modern well equipped apartment, always lovely and clean, with all beds made up for your arrival. Offering great value for families and couples. We charge less than you would pay for a caravan !!

PLEASE NOTE - ALL BEDDING AND LINEN IS PROVIDED FOR 4 GUESTS, BUT PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN TOWELS.

WE CAN NOT TAKE BOOKINGS FOR YOUNG MALE GROUPS, OR ALL FEMALE YOUNG PEOPLE/ TEENAGERS.

THE ONLY TIME WE CAN TAKE BOOKINGS FOR TEENAGERS, IS WHEN THEY ARE STAYING WITH THEIR FAMILIES, OR WITH OLDER ADULTS ACCOMPANYING THEM.

Porth is a lovely quiet area of Newquay, yet is just minutes from the ameneties + buzz of Newquay.

Porth is a fantastic central location, from which you can explore Cornwall, and everything it has to offer, we leave lots of information to help you to plan your days out.

There are so many fantastic places to visit, with a host of wonderful restaurants close by. Jamie Oliver has opened his Fifteen Restaurant just further down the coast at Watergate Bay, and of course Rick Stein has his restaurant empire at Padstow, well worth a visit. A great day out for the whole family is to cycle the Camel Trail, we usually drive to Padstow, and cycle the trail from here to Wadebridge, it is so beautiful and scenic, it runs alongside the estuary, and is very very flat, so great for families. (you can easily hire bikes from the bike sheds at Padstow)

There are many other fantastic restaurants close by, Lewinnick Lodge at Pentire, Newquay is a favourite with us, very modern with stunning sea views, great food.

Porth offers peace and tranquility, and yet is just a short drive from the many attractions, and wonderful beaches that the area has to offer. The beach is just at the bottom of the road, which is fantastic, you don't need to try to park at the beach during busy times when parking is difficult, and expensive !! You can easily just walk to the beach, the lovely family pub, The Mermaid In is right on the beach, they offer great pub food, and children's meals, they offer dining outside, overlooking the beach.

You will find lots of information at the property, to help you with ideas for days out, surfing schools, local supermarkets, and restaurants.

Your holiday time is precious, and we understand that you want to make the most of every minute !!

There are many great theme parks, zoos, childrens fun parks close by. Dairyland nr Newquay is lovely for young children, they can feed the animals, have fun in the play areas, see the cows being milked in the orbitor, lots of picnic tables are available, so that you can relax and watch them play. Also lovely cafe and shop on site.

Many attractions offer special offers, it is a great idea to buy a local newspaper, and look for special offer tickets etc.
