The house is only minutes from the Raymond Island Ferry and new island and mainland dining options and a popular public playground. Everything is only a short walk or cycle away should you want to ditch the car for a while.

The Lakes are famous for their fishing, boating, water sports and secluded beaches. The Island is a nature reserve and home to many native animals, and barely a day will go by you won't see a koala, kangaroo, echidna or rosella. The house is down the road from one of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see.
