Typical town house in Castellammare del Golfo in Sicily. The house is situated in a small quiet street without much traffic. From the front door you are in the 100 meters on a small square from where you have a beautiful view of the harbor and the sea. Via Minore is centrally located to the main shopping street (3 minutes walk) in a quiet part of the historical center of Castellammare del Golfo.

All aspects of daily life are within walking distance. A corner shop is just around the corner of the house and a day there is a baker at 9 clock through the streets and delivers bread and rolls.

It is equipped as follows: 52 square meters on two levels with an open gallery plus extra bedroom. A total of 6 beds in 2 double beds plus sofa (sofa bed for 2 persons). 2 bathrooms, one with a double shower plus bidet. Air conditioning (hot / cold), washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, large fridge-freezer, crockery, satellite dish with European TV, on demand internet use (WLAN) for a fee, Iphone dock, iron, safe and various kitchen appliances . Water, wine, spices, oil, vinegar and much more is available. We would like to keep it so that you do what is running out, replaced.

The house is best for 4 persons, as a family with 2 kids or a couple. It can accommodate up to 6 persons with the sofa bed, but due to the size of the house it gets quite close then.
