This romantic and well-finished studio apartment at Rome Trastevere is in Via della Paglia 45, just 200 meters from Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Equipped with every comfort and in a very special position, on the first floor in the center of Trastevere, but in a very quiet street. In the center of the historical and lively district of Trastevere, famous for its nightlife and for its Roman spirit, and at walking distance to all major attractions of the city, well connected. In a very quiet street at night, can comfortably accommodate two people, has WI-FI, air conditioning, heating, Tv, bed linen and towels (100% cotton).Kitchenette only suitable for breakfast or for quick meals.

LOCATION

Trastevere, a residential area full of restaurants, pubs and bars, the most characteristic during the day and the most fun at night. The narrow alleys with typical "San Pietrini" floor, small squares full of windows and drying laundry, outdoor markets, centenarian shops, artisan laboratories, bars for a drink, the "hostarie" homemakers, theaters , cinemas, supermarkets, all kinds of shops, all crowded during the day by the "trasteverini" (it was once a pride claim to be) and at night the whole city that flows along streets and squares, to fill hundreds of restaurants, pubs and bars, chatting and drinking a glass under the stars.

GOING AROUND

Thanks to the Tram 8 and the bus H can easily reach Largo di Torre Argentina, Piazza Venezia, Campo de 'Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and the Termini Station. Trastevere Station, The Ostiense station, the Metro and the Coliseum are just 10 minutes by bus. Instead, if you'll climb walking towards Via Garibaldi, or by bus 116, with a charming stroll you can reach the Gianicolo from which to enjoy the most classical of the panoramic views in Rome.

ACCESS & RULES:

The check-in time is from 1pm to 8pm. But we can arrange any time

The check-out time is before 11am

An extra charge of €20 is due cash for arrivals later than 8pm

Check in is not available later than midnight

The property will be ready for you at the check-in time and will be cleaned after check-out time.The kitchenette is fully equipped, with electric stove, sink and refrigerator, but it's recommended only for preparing breakfast because there is no fume extraction.We provide a small supply of food and detergents.There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. The apartment is rented only for full and exclusive use.

HOW TO REACH US

We can reserve a car service from/to airports (€40, we don't take any commission, it's just a favor to our guests)

Regular taxi service is easily accessible from any station or airport.

From Fiumicino: you can take the Leonardo Express train or the Terravision shuttle-bus to Termini, then bus H (or Tram 8 from Piazza Venezia). Get off at the Sonnino-San Gallicano stop, walk along Via della Lungaretta, cross Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere and continue to Via della Paglia 45.

From Ciampino: take the Terravision shuttle-bus to Termini station (then see from Fiumicino).

By car: from the GRA / A 90, take exit 1, Aurelia, direction center. Drive along the Via Aurelia Antica, to Via Garibaldi, then Via G. Mameli and turn left into ztl in Piazza San Cosimato, then straight up to Via Luigi Masi and right on Via della Paglia.The apartment is located in the ZTL area, which access is allowed from 10am to 9 30pm from Monday to Friday (Saturday , August and holidays always accessible). Throughout the area, parking is primarily charged, but it is also plenty of free parking.
