If you want to be in the middle of what's happening, walking distance to everything, and where you can enjoy a beautiful river view, this is the place! Located in the Water Street Condos building, the river is just across the street.

Station yourself at the center of Wilmington's downtown activity. Most of the city's finest restaurants (from casual to white linen) are within walking distance. Same for the area's music, dance and comedy clubs. Saturday mornings, April through early December, enjoy the Farmers Market just below your balcony.

Attractions within walking distance include The Henrietta III Riverboat, Cape Fear Serpentarium, The Cotton Exchange shopping center, Thalian Hall, Wilmington Water Tours, City Stage, The Historic District, Nutt Street Comedy Room, Bellamy Mansion, Brown Coat Pub and Theater, Wilmington Railroad Museum, Latimer House, Cape Fear Segway Tours, Ghost Walks and the Riverwalk.

For those willing to get back in their cars, there are the beaches (Wrightsville, Carolina and Kure are the closest), Airlie Gardens, Cape Fear Museum, Cameron Art Museum, Battleship North Carolina, the Gary Shell Cross City Trail, Popular Grove Plantation, Fort Fisher State Historic Site, multiple golf courses, New Hanover County Arboretum, and the Ft. Fisher Aquarium.

You'll find everything you need to make yourself at home in this well-cared for, up-to-date vacation get-away. A fully-equipped kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher!), linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
