It is in very quiet countryside, a secluded valley, 3 miles from the nearest village and main road. We are approached by a single track lane (fully paved) with many passing places. Ideal for birdwatching, and walking among the hills. We have a private 1 acre woodland in which a path wends its way passed a pond, over bridges and down 85 steps back to the edge of a sparkling stream. You can stop half way and rest a while on the benches set in the right places to enjoy the views.
40 minutes drive to Lake Vyrnwy with Snowdonia Park beyond. An hours' drive takes you to the wild beaches of Ynys Las, and the Dovey estuary town of Aberdyfi (Aberdovey) and the kite feeding centres at Gigrin Farm and Nant-yr-Arian.
