Keen walkers will love this spot as Dittisham and the river Dart are within walking distance and the Dart Valley Trail runs through the countryside and by the water's edge. For guests' who wish to bring their horse stabling, paddock and outdoor arena are available. Blackness Marine is 100m away with indoor/outdoor boat storage and access via a slipway to the river Dart. These options can be arranged directly with the owners.

Wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms all with exposed timbers and lovely rural views across the garden and rolling fields. The master bedroom has a five foot bed, double aspect windows and large en suite shower room/dressing room. There is another large bedroom with double bed and dual aspect windows. The third bedroom has twin beds. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and basin.
Outside there is plenty of parking, enclosed secluded garden with pond, garden furniture and barbeque, ideal for relaxing and outdoor eating.

Hidden away in it's own little valley close to The River Dart between Totnes and Dittisham is the village of Cornworthy, The Dart Valley Trail is easily accessible with lovely walks beside the river bank and surrounding woodland. The Hunters Lodge in the village is a well known pub, known amongst visitors and locals for good food. On the edge of the village standing alone in a field is the remains of the gatehouse to an Augustinian Priory dating from 1231.
