The Let has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 4, bathroom and ground floor cloakroom, and a lounge/diner/kitchen which opens up via 5m of glazed doors to the decking outside. All the fixtures and fittings are of high quality and feature a 42'' plasma DVD player, Hi-Fi and whirlpool bath. There is a dining table and the let is heated with oil central heating .
It has off road parking for 1 car. here is a bbq and shared garden with plant screening. Opposite is the sister let 'Seagrass' which also sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms one en-suite wet room , so the two lets can be rented for up to 8 people.
Cubert has two grocery stores, a post office and three good restaurants and is well placed to explore the rest of Cornwall .
