"Cabarita Dreaming" is a beach house. It is ocean front, architect designed and award winning.
It has a " beachy feel". Walk down the front ramp and you are there.
Sit on the verandah, have a barbeque, and watch the whales go past. Bring your togs and your thongs and relax.
Stroll down the grassy foreshore to the village for a coffee or a beer. Watch the surf board riders on the Point or join them on the waves.
Cabarita Beach is a patrolled surfing beach, and very popular with surfboard riders, and safe for children.
This is an ideal house for a family beach holiday or a couple just wanting to escape to a small seaside village away from the madding crowd. Watch the moonlight on the waves at night, with a crashing surf soundtrack thrown in.
Enjoy sleeping in a super comfortable king size bed with designer sheets. Watch a favorite movie on Austar.
Choose a book from the library.
Take up some of my personal recommendations, the best Nepalese/Tibetan take away, the best wine shop, the best pizza.

Cabarita is a coastal village in northern New South Wales, north of Bryon Bay, and 20 minutes drive from Coolangatta Airport in nearby Queensland.
The beach is protected by Nobby's Headland, a favourite with surf board riders, and surfers are protected by lifesavers in the patrolled area.
Cabarita still has a laid back sleepy feel, the quiet cousin of upmarket Casuarina and bustling Kingsliff ,it's near northern neighbours.
Good restaurants are many- excellent Nepalese/ Tibetan ( award winning) take away.
The climate is typical of south east Queensland- sub tropical, with warm days and balmy nights.
The Pottsville Markets are on at weekends for fresh local grown produce, and arts and crafts.
The Greenback Tailor fishing competition is an annual event at Cabarita, held in June/July, and attracts fisherman from as far away as Birdsville. This competition is run by Rotary and there are prizes for the biggest fish in various categories.
All the fish caught is auctioned at the end of the day with proceeds going to charity.
Chinderah Golf course is 15 minutes drive north of Cabarita.
The Tweed River Art Gallery, 20 minutes north is preparing to receive well known artist, Margaret Olley's studio,in situ.
