This farmhouse has been divided into 3 apartments:
Porcupine: sleeps 6 and is on the ground floor. It has a large living room / kitchen, two double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and doors on to the garden.
Kite: sleeps 2 +1 and is on the first floor. It has a living room with sofa bed, kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Griffin: sleeps 2 +2 and is on the first floor. It has a living room with two single sofa beds, kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the ground floor, with a separate entrance is a spacious relaxation area with fireplace, piano, stereo system and a large satellite TV.
In the grounds you will find a swimming pool (m. 6.50 x14) open from 01/06 to 15/09, tennis court, solarium, garage, barbecue, additional lounge in the outbuilding opposite the swimming pool equipped with kitchenette, extendable table and barbecue area where guests can eat together, and two large gazebo where guests can eat together using the kitchen of the apartment on the ground floor
On request arrangements can be made for: oil, wine and grappa tastings, produce from the farm and local products, meals.
From 3 to 24 August the villa will only be rented as seperate apartments - prices on request (the swimming pool in this period is shared).

Northen Lazio, characterized by lush vegetation, rolling hills and lakes, small hamlets and wonderful medieval towns.
The area is full of historic sites to visit from Etruscans tombs to Roman amphitheatres, from medieval castles to renaissance churches. It is also conveniently placed for trips into Tuscany and Umbria and of course Florence and Rome.
It is in a strategic position, being on the borders of Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria, for visiting historical and cultural sites since within one hour of the area you can reach an impressive range of hilltop towns, Etruscan ruins areas of great natural beauty.
In the nearby Monte Rufeno Wildlife Reserve there are paths for trekking and horse-back riding. Lake Bolsena and the thermal baths of Viterbo, San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagni San Filippo, Bagno Vignoni and Saturnia can be reached easily, the nearest in about 20 minutes, the furthers about one and a half hours.
The Acquapendente 9-hole golf course is just a 20 minute drive away.
