Campbell Road cottage is a 19th century property situated minutes from the seafront in the historic town of Deal. Set over 3 floors the cottage boasts 3 double bedrooms, lounge, separate dining room and a pretty secluded garden. The cottage makes an excellent and very comfortable base for your holiday. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and well equipped and is an excellent choice for families, groups or couples. The seafront is just a 2 minute walk away and there are numerous excellent restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes close by as well as 2 castles (Walmer & Deal), a museum and a theatre - all within walking distance. Other local attractions include the historical city of Canterbury with its numerous tourist attractions and there are excellent opportunities for golf, cycling, and coastal walks on the doorstep. France is also very accessible for day trip excursions as Dover is just 10 minutes away by car.

Within the south eastern area you will find some of the most spectacular coastline in Britain, namely Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters (see above) and also the famous white cliffs at Dover and some great beaches mixed in as well. You will find many great historic sites and some magnificent ruins. The area offers great potential for tourists, away from the hustle and bustle of the main commuter routes

Deal

The historic town of Deal is a traditional fishing town set on the south Kent coast, west of Canterbury. It is a vibrant area and there are numerous excellent restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes close by as well as 2 castles (Walmer & Deal) a museum and a theatre - all within walking distance. There is long shingle beach just 200 metres from the house. The beach front stretches north along the coast to the Pier, town centre and beyond to Sandwich Bay. To the south the beach goes to Kingsdown and the white cliffs of Dover. Nearby Walmer Green has a free children's paddling pool and outdoor play area
