3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and several terraces. One of these is a covered terrace >30m2. (portico)

A swimmingpool of 4 x 8 meters makes the house complete.

From the portico you have a fabulous view over the villages of Piegaro, Panicale and Citta delle Pieve as well as the Umbrian and Tuscan landscape.

The house has been built between olivetrees and grapevines on a garden plot of 1500m2.

The interior is modern and very complete.

Since we let out our house (from July 2010 on) we received excellent reviews, which placed us in the top-end houses of Umbria
