It is located on a quiet lane in the heart of Happisburgh, a beautiful Norfolk coastal village famous for its lighthouse.

The property is close to all the village amenities, shop, public house (which serves food) and a wet fish shop, also local playing field and of course the beach.

It is perfect for walking or exploring the Broads and Norfolk coastline. Apart from the beautiful beach and scenic walks, the village has open days to climb the church tower which can be viewed from the garden, visits to the Lighthouse and a local barn is open during the season at weekends to see the owls and various livestock.
