On the edge of the Dartmoor National Park you may catch a glimpse of the barn owls that nest in the eaves of the owners home next door. There is much to explore nearby with many National Trust properties and gardens nearby. Golf and fishing also available and of course the beaches at Dawlish Teignmouth and Shaldon a short drive. The small but perfectly formed studio accommodation all within the eaves of the building offers: Lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area: open-plan with TV/DVD/Sky basic package.
