This is a beautiful luxury villa with large garden, private pool and private floodlit tennis court. A sense of utter peace and tranquillity prevails with views over the shimmering sea as far as the Akamas peninsula below and the Troodos pine forest above. Great value for a large group of people or two families, yet cosy enough for a couple.
The villa can be enjoyed all the year round. In the winter you can go for walks along empty stretches of beach, or along marked nature trails through the pine forest above the house, relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings, while in the summer you can spend hours by the pool or explore the many secluded beaches nearby. Or you can play a game of tennis at all times.
Beautifully designed to a very high standard, this villa is intimate while at the same time being spacious, with independent living on either floor. Delightfully decorated throughout in rustic style, with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, the house has several broad terraces, ideal for outdoor living.
Lower level: The lower level has a living room, with bay window, desk, sofa bed, a cosy fireplace and kitchenette, as wells as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger bedroom is great for kids, sleeping as many as five people comfortably, with two single beds and a large bunk bed with a pull-out bed.
Both the downstairs living room and the two bedrooms open onto a covered veranda festooned with jasmine. A wide stretch of lawn leads to the large private 14m x 7m swimming pool and the floodlit astro-turf tennis court. The mature garden, with pine and fruit trees, is designed for peaceful relaxation with shaded areas.
Upper level: The upper level enjoys panoramic views from a covered veranda where lunch can be enjoyed overlooking the sea, or cocktails in the evening watching spectacular sunsets.
Here a second living room with a sofa bed can be converted into a fourth double bedroom closed off from the open plan kitchen/dining area by curtains.
The fully-equipped kitchen has a double fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor and washing machine. There is also a barbecue.
The master bedroom, also on the upper level, offers a sense of privacy from the rest of the house. It has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom and opens onto a shaded veranda covered by a beautiful bougainvillea.
Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating and a fireplace keep you comfortable at any time of year, while for your entertainment there is a stereo system, TV, VCR, DVD, and a small library of books, films and games.

With one of the oldest civilisations in the world going back 10,000 years Cyprus is like an outdoor museum with remnants from the past everywhere.
Here's some must sees:
- The Paphos mosaics
- Curium amphitheatre (especially if you can catch a performance there)
- The mountains and any of the painted churches of Cyprus
- St Hilarion castle, Kyrenia harbour and Salamis (in the north)
- The Venetian walls, the old town and especially the Museum in Nicosia
Our favourite places to swim in the vicinity of the villa are Pomos harbour beach (there's one beach straight ahead over the pebbles, and another sandier one to the right of the parking). We also like Ttakkas beach past Latchi.
Further afield, Lara bay, west of Paphos is a fabulous wild beach with a long stretch of sand. It's a turtle conservation spot. Take body-boards to ride the waves!
