The central bus and train stations are also very close, with a fast bus connecting the airport with Plaza Espana.
Palma's beaches are 20-25 minutes walk away, and discovering nearby beaches by local transport is easy.
Throughout the year Palma hosts many fiestas and celebrations, from art nights in the streets, to medieval fairs, firework displays and outside live music. The city hosts international sailing events, and connects the other Balearics Islands by ferry.

The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal renting, however, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
