Secluded 6000 sq m plot. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with own secluded pool, not overlooked, sea views. Tranquil location overlooking sea. Between Coral Bay beach and Akamas. 2 bicycles.
Not isolated, but tucked away in a quiet lane and surrounded by a fabulous lush and mature garden, this south facing villa benefits from many hours of sunshine for you to enjoy its secluded pool, and recharge your batteries. The sea views are outstanding, and the sun sets directly in front of the villa into the sea. The upstairs balconies offer great viewing of this. There are no neighbouring villas immediately in front or to either side, and the beautiful garden is set within the owners 6000 sq m plot, so guarantees privacy. The hedges are kept trimmed and thick to keep the seclusion. The beautiful sea caves area is in front, Coral Bay and Corallia blue flag beaches are to the left, and the wild Akamas National Park is to the right. There is easy access to both Paphos (20 minutes) and Polis town/Latchi (30 minutes drive).
The house is fully air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi at the house. Horse riding at George's Ranch 5 minute drive. See review below

Testimonials for Villa Bougainvillea:
Once again it was a super great vacation with Sundance Villas; this time in the Villa Bougainvillea.
We have - this time in September - spent a lovely time there, the house is very quiet, and at night you can hear only the cicadas and early morning crowing cock from far away. Really romantic. The house is very well laid out and has a great garden with citrus fruits for which we unfortunately were a little too early. In the morning from the bedroom directly into the pool, what more could you want !!!!! Every morning Breakfast on the terrace, gorgeous. We have often observed in the afternoon an Eleanor Falcon couple who probably have their hunting grounds to the house, very interesting. For shopping there is not far to Philippos supermarket and you are very fast in Akamas nature reserve, where the turtles nest are on the fantastic beaches. Please be careful with the nature, especially there!!! We can recommend the following restaurants, which are just a walk from the Villa Bougainvillea: The Paliomonastiro, the Mikri (MIKPH) tavern (including very good fresh fish), both located on the main road towards Agios Georgios on the rake side. The Gustoso on the outskirts of Paphos on the left side (excellent and cheap beef) the Palia ilektriki in Kato Paphos, and Phidias Tavern that are proven to offer the best moussaka.
And I also want to mention once the Zorbas bakery that offers the best cakes and the best baklava we've tried.
All in all a holiday that screams after the next; thanks Sundance Villas.

“Fantastic quiet location, loved the pool area and comfortable seating. We took my in-laws and this villa offers a variety of places to relax in privacy Easy drive into Coral Bay, Peyia town or Sea Caves. Sea Caves bar and tavern gets wonderful sunsets, as do we at this villa...”Raymond October 2013
Glad you liked the postcard. We had a lovely holiday – it was a much needed break!
Villa Bougainvillea is very comfortable and easy to stay in. It has a really well equipped kitchen (can spot Nicole's excellent influence a mile off!) and the living area is comfortable. There is no A/C in the living area but a large fan is provided and with the doors and windows open a refreshing breeze comes through so it is still comfortable, even in July. The BBQ is huge – too big for use when cooking for just two but great for a family I imagine – but we just put the small, disposable BBQ's (available at Phillipos in Coral Bay) on the BBQ grill instead and they worked well. Location is ideal. So quiet with few neighbours around. And the clear ground in front of the villa is wonderful for wildlife spotting. There is a hawk of some sort that hunts in the area and is amazing to watch – kept me entertained for hours!
I can highly recommend George's Ranch for riding if any of your other clients are interested. I visited twice, riding a different horse each time, and went for a ride out to the Sea Caves. The ranch is run by an English lady who competes in Cyprus and Greece – she gives lessons too I believe. The horses are extremely good, as it is a competition yard and not just a riding school/trekking centre. They have plenty of small ponies for kids too.
Paliomonastiro Restaurant is the only place to eat within easy walking distance but the food is very good. A decent selection on the menu, with lots of Cypriot options and a Meze too. We ate there 3 times and enjoyed it each time. Another favourite is Oniro By The Sea. Only a short drive away but really great food and an amazing location by the wreck of the Edro III ship (Nicole tells me you have visited there too).
Yet another great Sundance Villas holiday, so thank you! And thank you as well for the wine – very much enjoyed!

The Paphos region
Paphos, once the capital of Cyprus, is on the south western edge of the island, and well placed for excursions to all the main sights. It's quieter than the southern resorts of Larnaca and Limassol, but still offers plenty for sun-seekers, families, cultural types and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
History and culture are two of the island's big selling points, and you don't have to venture far to find them in Paphos, where the whole town is UNESCO listed. Close to Paphos harbour is the house of Dionysos, a villa containing some of the best preserved mosaics in the Mediterranean region. Mainly depicting scenes from Greek mythology, they were accidentally discovered by a farmer ploughing his field. It's worth recommending that clients go on a guided tour to bring the mosaics to life.
Paphos is at its liveliest at night, when the bars, restaurants and clubs bring together tourists and locals of all ages. There is something for everyone.
Strike out in any direction from Paphos and, within a few miles, you'll find long stretches of sandy beaches, rugged hills and rolling countryside.
Coral Bay and Corallia blue flag beaches are a short drive. The Akamas National Park is nearby.
