Situated in its own grounds , Rats Hole is a detached farmhouse in a small village 12 miles South of Norwich offering peace and quiet for those wishing to escape the pressures of modern living yet is within easy driving distance of the Norfolk / Suffolk coast

Rats Hole has a large farmhouse kitchen with a choice of oil or electric cooking , 2 large reception rooms , 3 upstairs bedrooms ( 1 en suite) and a ground floor double bedroom again with ensuite facilities. Ample car parking

Oil fired central heating plus woodburning stoves - wood supplied free of charge.

Outside there is a large garden , bar-b-q , pond and and the use of an unheated swimming pool on a shared basis with the owner who lives adjacent to the property in a converted barn.

Walk out of the front gates and you free to wander the many local lanes....ideal exercise for both you and your pets.

Pets welcome ( maximum 2 dogs ) and baby sitting service + taxi service.

The property is normally let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday with access to the property from 4pm ( negotiable ) and guests need to vacate the property by 10am ( negotiable ) on departure day to allow time for cleaning in readiness for the next booking.
