The property was refurbished in 2012 bringing up to a high standard and comes fully furnished and well equipped.
This unique property was originally an Estate Office for the Longleat Estate built in 1905 and has various character features and wooden floors throughout and is clean and well maintained. Being single storey is ideal for older people.
The property is within easy walking distance of Warminster Town, Railway Station and Bus links. Warminster Hospital is 100m from the house.
All my clients have enjoyed their stay both when they are in the house and also the surrounding attractions in Wiltshire and nearby.
The unique stained glass internal windows and the magnificent building methods (double sash windows), solid brick walls and handmade Oregon pine windows with original glass make this property stand out in the conservation area.

Wiltshire is one of the quieter areas in Southern England. In between the M3 and the M4 there are excellent connections to the South West, the South Coats, Wales and the M5 going north. The Dorset coast is 1 hour's drive to the south on good roads. Warminster is ideally situated as a base for holidays in the South West of England with good access to the main trunk routes to the West and North and of course London and the South East. Historical towns such as Bath, Oxford, Salisbury, Portsmouth and the Isle of White are all within a reasonable distance.
The Warminster area borders the Salisbury Plain with Stonehenge only about 20 minutes away. To the North is the beautiful town of Bath. 10 minutes away is the Longleat Estate and the world famous Safari Park. Stourhead and a rash of National Trust properties are all less than one hour away. Country pubs abound in the many quiet villages in the area. There are numerous walks and for the adventurous Salisbury Plain is within walking distance. Warminster Golf Club is a 3 minute drive. There is a small water park in Warminster Town Centre for the kids. Numerous West Country and village pubs dot the area and real ale and good pub food is a feature of the area.
