Perla Cottage is located in a newly converted Kentish Barn and is both finished and equipped to a very high standard. The cream Shaker style kitchen is fully fitted and includes dish washer, washer/ dryer, microwave and fridge/ freezer, Neff gas hob and electric oven, toaster and kettle.
The open plan lounge area has comfortable seating including a 4' 6" double sprung bed settee. There is a 32" LCD flat screen TV with Freeview and a DVD player. A Bose CD/ radio completes the entertainment.
The cottage enjoys the benefit of Wi-Fi internet connection.
The upstairs mezzanine bedroom has either twin or super king sized double bed with fantastic views towards the Swale Estuary from the windows. Bed linen, tea towels and towels for use in the Cottage are all provided.
The downstairs shower room is fully tiled in white and blue. To the rear of the Cottage is an area of decking with seating for al fresco dining and access to a gas BBQ during the Summer months.
The property also has an additional double sofa bed in the living area meaning that the property can sleep up to 4 guests. (Please note that there is an additional charge of £60 per person for the 3rd and 4th guest).
A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request, as can Baby sitting, at reasonable rates. Prices for mid-stay cleaning or a daily Maid Service (Summer months only) are available on request.
Wi-Fi internet is included free of charge in all of the cottages, please note the signal strength may vary.

The grounds at Frith Farm House extend to some 8 acres of formal gardens and Cherry Orchard with far reaching views over the Downs to the sea. All of the cottages enjoy space to sit and eat outside with gas BBQ's situated in various parts of the gardens for your use.
The indoor heated pool (open 365 days a year) is just perfect for those who enjoy swimming with each cottage enjoying two private swimming sessions each day - your own private luxury swimming pool overlooking the beautiful gardens.

The hurricane in 1987 had a devastating effect on the woodland on and surrounding the course but it has now regained its splendour.
