How to feel at home in the heart of Florence? Simple ... in a beautiful, quiet and bright studio located just at the gateway of the city center of Florence, in a unique environment and a very strategic location between the great Cascine Park and the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella. The accommodation is just a 7-minute walk from the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella. The historic center is easily reached on foot or by public transport ATAF (bus and tramway within a few tens of meters from the apartment). Near the apartment, there are restaurants of various ethnicities and convenient stores. Just opposite the entrance of the building there is a small supermarket which is open until late. Parking places for fee are available nearby.

The apartment is furnished tastefully, self-sufficient and independent, located on the second floor of a typical Florentine building and has an elevator. A fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, stove, laundry, dryer, iron, LCD TV and Internet Wi –fi is at your disposal. The apartment is centrally heated. Clean sheets and towels are always present. The studio can be booked with either a double bed or with two single beds and offers the possibility of accomodation up to 3 people (with an extra bed). Upon request, you can leave your luggage before or after check-in and check-out if needed. Check- in: from 3 p.m./Check-out: until 11 a.m.

Tuscany is a region of central Italy: is bordered to the north by Emilia Romagna, to the east by the Marche and Umbria, on the south by Lazio, north-west borders for a short distance with Liguria and to the west is the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is divided into prvince of Florence (the regional capital), Prato, Pisa, Lucca and Grosseto, Arezzo, Siena, Pistoia Livorno and Massa Carrara. The name of this region comes from its ancient inhabitants, the Tusci, a name that was given to the Etruscans by the Romans. Tuscany is renowned throughout the world for its art, its history, its landscapes and its typical products. Among the many cities are very famous Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca and some medieval villages such as San Gimignano and Montepulciano. A special feature of this beautiful region is definitely the natural heritage and the great variety of landscapes alternating fact and the beautiful green hills of Chianti and the Maremma Park, mountain landscapes of the Apuan Alps or Abetone, the thermal parks Chinciano and Montecatini Terme and finally the very famous seaside resorts of Versilia Argentario and the Island of Elba.

Florence

Florence is the capital of the region of Tuscany, is situated on the banks of the Arno River (which divides it into two parts) and is surrounded by hills. Its territory is divided into six areas that are Area Florence, Mugello, Florentine Mountains, Valdarno and Chianti Fiorentino, Empoli Val d'Elsa, which collect the second homogeneous characteristics of the 43 municipalities. The history of this highly renowned city began in Roman times under the name of Florentia, became caught between the medieval city walls and towers and achieved fame in the fifteenth century art, architecture, politics and culture like no other. In the second half of the nineteenth century was the capital of Italy (for five years) and this event has imprinted an indelible footprint to the whole structure of the city.
