Simple ... in a beautiful, quiet and bright studio located just at the gateway of the city center of Florence, in a unique environment and a very strategic location between the great Cascine Park and the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella. The accommodation is just a 7-minute walk from the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella. The historic center is easily reached on foot or by public transport ATAF (bus and tramway within a few tens of meters from the apartment). Near the apartment, there are restaurants of various ethnicities and convenient stores. Just opposite the entrance of the building there is a small supermarket which is open until late. Parking places for fee are available nearby.
The apartment is furnished tastefully, self-sufficient and independent, located on the second floor of a typical Florentine building and has an elevator. A fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, stove, laundry, dryer, iron, LCD TV and Internet Wi –fi is at your disposal. The apartment is centrally heated. Clean sheets and towels are always present. The studio can be booked with either a double bed or with two single beds and offers the possibility of accomodation up to 3 people (with an extra bed). Upon request, you can leave your luggage before or after check-in and check-out if needed. Check- in: from 3 p.m./Check-out: until 11 a.m.
