Marae is conveniently located near Bath City Centre, whilst offering a peaceful and tranquil retreat. A beautiful bungalow built from Bath stone, with all the appliances and facilities we have come to expect for modern living, plus a few extra luxuries - such as a massage chair, air conditioning and gym equipment.
The bungalow is located down its own drive and away from any of the surrounding roads and traffic, offering privacy and quiet. The garden is south-facing, with picturesque views over western Bath - making it the perfect place for sunny al-fresco dining and BBQs.
Marae offers four beautifully furnished and spacious bedrooms, including two with en-suite facilities. The property can accommodate eight people comfortably, with a king-sized bed, two doubles and a twin bedroom. For added flexibility, there is also a sofa bed in the light, airy lounge and extra bedding or a travel cot can be provided, on request.
Marae boasts a well-equipped kitchen - perfect for aspiring chefs. Out-of-doors, BBQ facilities are provided and should the weather prove to be changeable, an indoor table-top Korean BBQ is also available. Some basic gym equipment, including a cross-trainer and weights bench, are provided in the annex.
There is ample parking space available for three cars, as well as off-street parking on the main road.
Marae is a short walk into Bath City Centre, taking you through beautiful Royal Victoria Park and via many of Bath's famous landmarks, including the Royal Crescent, the Circus and the Assembly Rooms. The close proximity to the children's park is also a huge advantage to families with young children.
We offer spa packages at the Bath Thermae Spa, giving our guests a 10% discount if booked through us. Additionally, we offer afternoon tea packages, which are privately catered at Marae. Or why not take advantage of both, and combine the two? For more details, please enquire with us directly.
