Pretty urbanization, terrace and small gated garden. communal swimming pool close to house. steps from patio leading to beach. the house is in between the hotel Elba and the H10 hotel, both hotels are only ten minutes walk along the beach. The Elba has a 5 star spa. and H10 has pleasant dining facilities, together with evening entertainment if you do not wish to go into town.

Views from the house to Gibraltar. and Morocco. Within 20 mins car ride you can take a boat to Tangiers or be in Gibralta.

The Andalucia region

Estepona is well known for its restaurants and bars, but remains unspoiled and typically Spanish. The cobbled streets and pretty squares enhance the charm of the town, whilst still allowing you to "shop till you drop" in Calle Real and Calle Terraza. There is a bullring. and absolutely no shortage of golf courses, with three being on the same road as the house itself. Estepona golf/ Valle Romano. For children there is Selwo Park and Selwo Adventura where the animal coexist in semi wild conditions..

Estepona

Market Mania with a colourful market in the port on Sunday mornings and a larger market on Wednesday morning. Zoos/Karting and quad bikes are all available in nearby areas. From Estepona port, boat trips and dolphin rides are also available. Tivoli World, for children's rides is 40 mins away. During the summer months there are various Fiestas. The Paseo Maritin ,seafront has various activies throughout the summer months.
