On the tip of the heel of the Italian boot, there's a little nice town called Marina di Leuca, or simply Leuca.
Here, in my property (a house recently expanded located in a regional park) you can find, on two floors, three small bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room, external paved space and an adjacent land where it's possible to park the car(s), have a Barbecue, stay under the gazebo, etc.
Two of the three bedrooms are on ground floor and the other one is on the first floor (with second bathroom), where it's possible to see a great panorama.
The sea (rock and sand beach, free access or by beach resort) is less than one km away, and may be reached by foot or car.

Marina di Leuca (called also Santa Maria di Leuca or simply Leuca) is administratively in the region of Puglia.
Despite this, the subarea that best describe the culture, the history, the roots of this land is SALENTO.
Salento is the southern part of the Puglia, but maybe the most genuine and natural.
Here there is not only wonderful beaches, good food, but also kindness and hospitality in people.
And then... many monuments to visit, uncontaminated areas to discover, popular music, summer festivals and much more!
The area of Marina di Leuca is perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday, without losing the pleasure of exciting nightlife in shops, restaurants and nightclubs on the coasts.
The sea is very clean. It's possible to choose every day between sand or rock beach and, depending on wind direction, between Ionian or Adriatic.
Leuca is, in fact, located at the junction of these two seas. From the promontory (where's the Basilica "De Finibus Terrae", recently visited by the Pope), people can observe the different colour of the two seas... very typical!
