Top Floor: 1 Bedroom one with king size double bed and an ensuite with toilet, and another bedroom with a 120 cm wide corner bed in this open area, up the stairs, and 1 cot. The cot can be moved to the bedroom.
2nd floor: one Bedroom with king size double bed and an ensuite with toilet, and another bedroom with a king size double bed. A small office between the 2 bedrooms.
1st floor: one Bedroom with two single beds and another Bedroom with two other single beds, and a bathroom with toilet at the middle of these 2 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, an open kitchen connected to a large dining/living room with a dining area with tables and chairs and a living area with 2 sofas. Separate Tv room with 1 sofa and an armchair. Toilet. Laundry with washing machine.
Accessibility: Very calm and safe, recommended for young children. Situated in a typical Brittany hamlet.

Lorient Airport is 30 minutes away from the house. Brest airport is 1 hr and a half away.

Possibilities to rent boats and windsurfs 5 min away at Kerfany. Private and group lessons also available.
Stay in the calm, where no car will come to annoy you, and choose your day to visit tourist areas like Pont Aven where Gauguin lived, or Quimper (40 min away) with its Festival de Cornouaille in July, or Lorient (30 min away) with its famous Celtic Festival in August.
Famous village of Pont Aven is only 15 minutes drive from the house. Gauguin stayed in Pont Aven for a long time. You can visit the house where he stayed and painted on some walls. It is now a lovely small museum. Pont Aven is now a bubbly village offering good restaurants and wonderful food shops as well as fantastic scenery. The lovely town of Quimper is a 45 minute drive from the house. It offers a wonderful indoors market every week.

Situated in the south of Brittany, Moelan sur Mer is a delightful little town; loved for its peace and calm, as well as beaches under 5 minutes away. Unspoilt beaches and breathtaking scenery makes it an ideal location for both families and experienced travellers.
10 minutes away by car lies the town of Pont Aven. Famous for its art and biscuits, it is an ideal place for little children, and art fanatics alike.
Quimper - a vibrant, cultural town lies 30 minutes away, with a cathedral "St-Corentin" - a beautiful and impressive gothic-style building in a lovely setting. An art museum "Musee des Beaux Arts" is worth visiting - it has a large range of painting and sculptures as well as a painting by Degas.
The food is very well known in Brittany with delicious galettes, crepes, and local cider. The nearest bar is under 5 minutes away in a hamlet called Kergroes.
Quimperle. 15 km. Charming market town situated at the confluence of two rivers that combine to form the river. Its historic quarter is filled with pretty winding cobbled streets and quaint half-timbered houses.
Pont Aven. 15 km. Artists' haunt situated inland from the tip of the Aven estuary. It is a small port popular with tourists and boasting many art galleries. Made famous by Gauguin when he came to paint in the 1880s before leaving for Tahiti and inspired the Pont Aven school.
Concarneau. 30 km. Fishing port with delightful fortified old city. Enjoy a stroll through the small town and don't miss the famous Kouign Amann, a Breton cake full of butter and sugar. Very naughty but so delicious!
Lorient. 30 km. Bustling city with wide boulevards and a vast array of stylish shops, lying on an immense natural harbour protected from the ocean by the Groix island. Famous for its fantastic Celtic festival held every August when all Celtic nations meet for a week of music and celebrations. Not to be missed.
The house is 10 minutes (walk) away from the sea and private beaches, no road to cross. A further 10 minutes away from Trenez beach, a nice sandy and safe beach.
