Puerto Banus

LOCATION For those who know the area well, the urbanisation Cumbres del Rodeo is situated in Puerto Banus/Nueva Andalucia, sitauted close to the H-10 Andalucia Plaza Hotel and Marbella Casino and to Centro Plaza, the famous bullring with its very popular Saturday market. Puerto Banus, the world famous jet-set marina, is Spain's equivalent of Monaco. In the immediate vicinity, there are supermarkets, banks, bakeries, restaurants, bars, and a variety of shops. Walking from the apartment in any direction will always lead you to a restaurant, café, bar, shop etc. but none that you can hear from the apartment to interrupt a good nights sleep.

BEACH There is a good choice of lovely beaches at Puerto Banus. The apartment is situated only 10-15 mins walk to the port of Puerto Banus, the beach and the designer beach resorts of Buddha/La Sala Beach and Ocean Beach Club etc.

GOLF Puerto Banus/Nueva Andalucia is also known as 'Golf Valley' and features upwards of 20 international standard golf courses within easy reach. The nearest is the championship Los Naranjos Golf Club and is approximately a 3 minute drive away.
