This 160m2 villa is located in a very calm neighbourhood, where you will be able to enjoy your holiday in peace or have a good laugh without disturbing the neighbours. The villa is on two levels. The first level, which you access directly when coming in, consists of a entrance and hallway which leads to one bedroom with a double bed in mezzanine level and another single fold out bed underneath. Next to this, there is another bedroom with a double bed and the two rooms share a separate shower room with two sinks and a separate toilet.
Walking a few steps down, gets you to the livingarea with a lounge area with TV and DVD and next to this the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are big glass doors from the lounge area and kitchen/dining area which leads to the terrace with a outside dining table for 9 persons. In front of the terraces, at a lower level there is a nice garden with a cosy corner with two confortable little sofas, where one can sit to enjoy a drink and the view while others can enjoy a drip in the contemporary pool or relax on the sunbeds.
Getting back in to the villa and going from the lounge area, there are steps leading down to the second sleeping area but going down the hallway, there is a separate toilet, a laundry room with a second fridge, and then the first bedroom with a double bed and at the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The villa can easily be shared by two families, where one family of up to 5, can use the upper area, sharing one bathrrom with shower. The lower level can be used by another family where the children can use the parent's ensuite bathroom.

The terrace is the place to dine and make BBOs. It is well euipped with a big BBQ, dining table and chairs for 9 persons. Going down 10 steps, you join the garden with a nice lawn where one can play, relax or take a refreshing dip in the pool. There is no railing at the edge of the terrace down to the garden and the villa is therefore not suitable for smaller children.
To secure the booking 1000 euros will have to paid, which will be used for security deposit and paid back after the rental.
The full rent has to be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date.
200 euros for final cleaning + 15 euros/person for linen and towels, will have to be paid on arrival in cash.
A welcome basket will be provided, on arrival, with regional products to get a taste of the South of France.

Tourrettes sur Loup is located between Vence and Grasse two centres of culture and history on the Cote D'Azur and close to the famous medival village St Paul de Vence. Vence with the famous Matisse chapel, St Paul de Vence with Fondation Maeght and Grasse, the perfume capital.
Tourrettes is a charming 14th century little mountain village with cobbled streets, good restaurants, galeries, a weekly market and lots of charm with great views on the coast. The house is located three kilometres from the village in quiet surroundings.
The mountain scenery, the smells, the birds and the scenery will remind you of Provence from the first moment you arrive and these are the ideal surroundings to relax in and enjoy the fabulous nature and mountain ranges.
St Paul de Vence has great shopping and restaurants and a very active market several times a week. The Fondation Maeght is worth a visit.
Nice is nearby with the beaches, museums, theatre and festivals throughout the year and a very active university. The Chagalle museum, the Picasso museum at Antibes and the numerous mountain walks above Tourrettes and the rest of the hinterland.
Further, Nice and the whole coast (Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes) has all the water-sport activities and the high life of the beach.
Tourrettes sur Loup is a very quaint, authentic, moutain village with good restaurants, galleries, a local market and all the local amenities you may need.
There is tennis in the village, bull and soccer.
There are often concerts and theatre in nearby Vence, with its local music-festival in both July and August. There are aldo markets several times during the week where you will find local vegetables. Several bigger supermarkets are to find in Vence.
