This was a great find in Tribeca. Perfect for a couple, close to all of downtown- soho,west village, financial district, world trade centre & Chinatown. Also great subway links to all of Manhattan. The owner was responsive & delightful to deal with. Plenty extra towels & bedding. Plenty space for luggage, lounging, etc great overall experience and only one flight of stairs up. Would recommend highly.

The apartment was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. It was clean with more than adequate linens and kitchen utensils. The street is quiet but close to Tribeca/Soho activities. 18 steps up to the apartment. The owner/manager was excellent to work with.

This apartment is a great find. Clean and nicely maintained. The owner goes to great pains to make the rental experience easy and hassle-free. Be assured the photos are very accurate. The apartment is surprisingly large (at least by NYC standards). The tall ceilings give you a great feeling of space. It has all the comforts of home, including a nice kitchen and laundry facilities. The neighborhood is terrific. TriBeCa is filled with great restaurants, shops and galleries. You can walk to Soho or to Chinatown, take a stroll along the Hudson, or walk across the Brooklyn Bridge!
This IS The Real NY experience! I stayed here with my wife for a week. We will be back.

The first thing that struck me was the space and light in this beautifully located property.it was eclectically and comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of a bottleshop opposite and a 24 hr deli round the corner. Payment was easy and secure and the keys arrived prior to departure from Australia so all we had to do was let ourselves in. Conveniently located to subway routes to the theatre district and other uptown attractions as well as easy walking distance to cafes, bars and restaurants in Soho, Greenwich Village, Little Italy and Chinatown. it was a short subway ride to the financial district, the 9/11 memorial and sight seeing cruises.Staying here made it feel like we were New Yorkers for a week.

The flat is very nicely arranged and every details is thought after, from books to lighting. One can relax, read or enjoy cooking, as the kitchen is perfectly equipped... It's cosy, quiet and inviting. We indeed also very much appreciated the warmth of the flat ( in all senses of the word) as NYC was quite cold at that time.
The flat is simply perfect, even for a longer stay. I was there twice already, both in winter, once alone with my 3 teeny kids, and once with my sister. I am used to high-quality hotels through business trips and enjoyed very much this new possibility for private trips. I would recommend it warmly to any of my friends. Congratulations to the Landlord!

We so enjoyed our stay at your place; it was a cozy and welcoming retreat amidst all the hustle and bustle of the city. We would definitely come back, as it is a charming apartment and neighborhood. This well outfitted, elegant holiday apartment consists of a lovely one bedroom, with one queen bed and a wall of built-in closets that are separated from the expansive living room/dining area by a ten foot sliding opaque glass wall. There is additional comfortable sofa-bed sleeping for two (usually 1-2 children or 1 adult friend) in the adjacent living area. The dining area has ample seating for six, with complete service for eight, ideal for entertaining guests. The apartment has new parquet floors throughout, with a spacious well equipped kitchen and a nicely appointed modern tile bath. It is air conditioned, about 950 square feet, and has a 12 foot 6 inch ceiling. Cable TV, a completely stocked laundry with washer and dryer in a separate private hall, and high speed internet access, are provided for your convenience. There are several gyms nearby, as well as the lovely Hudson River Promenade that is a traffic free route running along the river all the way uptown and down, for jogging, biking or walking.

Lower Manhattan/Tribeca is a designated 19th century historic architectural district, with many cast iron and granite building facades. Many of the early wide cobblestone streets are still used. Much of the 19th Century iconic manufacturing buildings that made NY famous have been restored and converted to fashionable upscale loft housing. It is walkable to the new Freedom Tower site which is now the tallest bldg in US is a major tourist mecca, as well as the restaurants and boutiques of Tribeca and Soho and the art galleries of Chelsea.
We are right around corner from the Tribeca Grande on Franklin Street in Tribeca. This is the trendiest area in NY right now and home to NY's famous film industry, with much celeb spotting. It is a 5-10 minute subway ride to midtown shopping, theater and museums.
