La Grande Maison is a 3 storey town house situated on the edge of the town square of Huelgoat.The town itself has many restaurants, bars and creperies to suit all tastes. There are 2 supermarkets, a cinema and petrol station all of which are within an easy walk of the house.

Situated in the Parc D'Amorique, the town of Huelgoat sits beside a 15 hectare lake and is famous for its rock formations and caves in the forest, through which there are many walks.
